1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "7u77bd", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 7u77bd platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the 7u77bd website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services accessible at 7u77bd.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 7u77bd or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique account registered by a Player to access the services of 7u77bd.
• "Balance" refers to the total monetary value held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit granted to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn.
• "Services" refers collectively to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any other gambling products offered on the Platform.
• "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on 7u77bd are conducted.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 7u77bd Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been opened.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

7u77bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification showing date of birth.

Where 7u77bd has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 18 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited and any deposits may be returned at 7u77bd's sole discretion, subject to the outcome of the verification process.

4 Account Registration

To access the betting and casino services offered by 7u77bd, you are required to register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one active Account on 7u77bd. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 7u77bd will not be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
• Non-transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Corporate accounts: Accounts may only be registered by natural persons. Registrations on behalf of corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• Verification: 7u77bd may require you to complete KYC verification before activating your account, processing withdrawals, or granting access to certain promotions. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

7u77bd reserves the right to decline any Account registration application at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7u77bd Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 7u77bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified 7u77bd of a security breach.
• 7u77bd strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password and enable all available two-factor authentication options for your Account.
• You must not access or attempt to access the Account of any other Player.

7u77bd will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 7u77bd that requests your password or full login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

6 Deposits & Funding

All deposits to your 7u77bd Account are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200, unless a higher minimum is specified in connection with a particular promotion.
• Accepted payment methods: 7u77bd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Processing time: Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited instantly in normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Account Balance.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• No third-party deposits: 7u77bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment processors, cryptocurrency wallets, or any anonymous payment source.
• Deposit limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard. 7u77bd may also impose deposit limits at its discretion for responsible gaming purposes.

7u77bd does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the Player.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 7u77bd Account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, 7u77bd will contact the Player to arrange an alternative method.
• KYC requirement: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within 24 hours. Complex cases or requests requiring additional verification may take up to 72 hours.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Right to verify: 7u77bd reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of identity, source-of-funds, or responsible gaming checks.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month. Players will be notified prior to any deduction.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

7u77bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. 7u77bd reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its discretion, including Players who have previously abused bonus terms.
• Welcome bonus: The welcome deposit bonus is available to new Players on their first deposit only. Players who have previously held an Account with 7u77bd are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus concurrently unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.
• Abuse: Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through collusion, systematic wagering designed to exploit bonus structures, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account permanently suspended.
• Promotional changes: 7u77bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

9 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 7u77bd Platform, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Test matches), football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from the Platform. 7u77bd reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, and Player. Limits are displayed within the betting interface prior to bet placement.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. In-play odds may change rapidly; the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void bets: Bets may be declared void where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where there has been a clear technical error in the odds. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Account Balance at the original stake.
• Results: The official result of a sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL governing committee, etc.) will be used to settle bets. 7u77bd's decision on settlement is final.
• Palpable errors: Where odds are published in error (for example, due to a data feed malfunction), 7u77bd reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds and either re-offer the bet at the correct odds or refund the stake.

10 Casino Games

The following terms apply to all casino products on the 7u77bd Platform, including live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other certified providers:

• Random Number Generators: All slot and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certification is maintained by the respective game providers.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Technical interruptions during a live game session will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's published rules. 7u77bd is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party streaming infrastructure.
• Return to Player (RTP): The RTP percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available in the game's information panel. 7u77bd does not modify game RTP values.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u77bd Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or event through match-fixing, insider information, or any other improper means.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from 7u77bd.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds without genuine gambling intent.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 7u77bd staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or any non-public area of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

7u77bd cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will disclose account information where legally required to do so in connection with investigations into fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

12 Responsible Gaming

7u77bd is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and promoting responsible gaming practices for all Players across Bangladesh. The following tools and policies are in place to support Players:

13 Intellectual Property

• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of 7u77bd.
• Game software and content provided by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, etc.) remain the intellectual property of those respective providers and are subject to their own licensing terms.
• The 7u77bd name and logo are proprietary marks. Use of these marks in any form without prior written consent is prohibited.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u77bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, disconnection, or system failures beyond 7u77bd's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or third-party service failures.
• Acts of God, government action, war, civil unrest, or other force majeure events that prevent 7u77bd from fulfilling its obligations.

7u77bd's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Privacy & Data

7u77bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

16 Amendments

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 17.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

17 Termination

Either you or 7u77bd may close your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirement checks.
• Platform-initiated closure: 7u77bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account immediately, without prior notice, where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or any other grounds that 7u77bd reasonably deems sufficient. In such cases, any Balance held may be forfeited.
• Effect of closure: Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.
